These terms govern your access to and use of Minnie.app and related Minnie services.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Minnie, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Minnie.
Using Minnie
You may use Minnie only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for information and materials you provide, for safeguarding your account credentials, and for activity that occurs through your account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Minnie; interfere with its operation or security; access it through unauthorized means; use it to violate another person’s rights; submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; or use Minnie to develop or operate a competing service without our written permission.
Your content and feedback
You retain ownership of content you submit to Minnie. You give us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and improve the service using that content. If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.
Service availability and changes
Minnie may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Minnie, users, or the public.
Disclaimers
Minnie is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Minnie’s outputs are informational tools and are not professional legal, medical, financial, educational, or other regulated advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minnie and its affiliates, owners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Minnie. Our total liability for any claim related to Minnie will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Minnie operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
